Tamara Miller, Executive Director
Being a part of a family with a combined experience of 119 years in the long term healthcare industry, Tamara was brought into the fold 5 years ago as the acting Administrator for The Bradley Gardens. She enjoys seeing relationships grow between staff and the residents and could not ask for a more devoted and caring atmosphere that is provided to all of the residents. During her spare time, Tamara keeps busy with her family, being involved with her church and reading as many novels as she can.
Dr. Abid Hussain, Medical Director
As our Medical Director, Dr. Hussain is primarily responsible but not limited to consulting with the facility in developing standards of care for each discipline as is relates to nursing and rehabilitation; in assisting with setting standards of quality of care; to assist with the overall responsibilities for management and delivery of resident care services by agreement with the Administrator and to attend the facility’s quarterly meetings.
Dr. Hussain, has been our Medical Director for several years and in addition holds his own private practice in Hemet.
Deirdre Parks, RN. Director of Nursing
Deirdre is our newest member of our team and we as a facility are very fortunate to have her on board. Deirdre has been a nurse for over 20 years and her vast experience as a nurse has led to roles as a supervisor for an Alzheimer’s Unit, at a Assisted Living Facility, and also a Sub-Acute Unit. She has also been a Director of Nursing for over 8 years. Deirdre absolutely loves being a nurse and you can witness her enthusiasm as she is not afraid to put on some scrubs and get out onto the floor for patient care. On her spare time she enjoys being outdoors in warm weather, walking and going to the beach.
Felicia Wilson, LVN Director of Staff Development/Infection Control
Felicia Wilson has worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse for the last 14 years at The Bradley Gardens and recently has switched her role as a floor nurse to becoming our Director of Staff Development. When Felicia is not working, she spends her time with her family and is also furthering her education by obtaining her BSN.
Carolyn Garzon, RN, MDS Nurse
Carolyn has worked at the Bradley Gardens for the last year as our MDS nurse. Although she is only part time, Carolyn is an important part of our team who inputs and transmits data to the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services which provides pivotal information for the Five-Star Rating of Nursing Homes. Claudia Cummings Dietary Supervisor
Claudia is the Director of Dietary Services at The Bradley Gardens for the past 4 years and has been in the healthcare industry and culinary field for 40 years. When asked what she enjoys most about her position, she simply states, “I love what I do and I will continue to ensure that our residents get the food that is good to the soul!”
Yvonne Caesar Medical Records/ Social Services
Yvonne has worked under HealthCare Management Systems for the last 17 years. She started as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has worked her way up to working as our Medical Records Director and our Social Services Designee. She has a servants heart and is always going up and beyond her call to help our residents. Yvonne’s hobbies include spending time with her family and learning about the Lord.
Pragati Garg Admissions/Marketing
Pragati has worked for the Bradley Gardens for close to 7 years as our Admissions Coordinator and Business Manager. She is an important asset to our facility as she works very closely with local case managers at our local hospitals and assists family members on their loved ones placement here at the facility. On her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching a good game of cricket and watching Bollywood movies.
Janet Rodriguez Activities Director
Janet first started at The Bradley Gardens as a volunteer and soon learned that she had a love for seniors and became our Activities Director 8 years ago. Janet is very involved with each resident as it pertains to their daily activities and enjoys getting to know them and their family members. During her spare time, Janet enjoying spending time with her husband and 1 1/2 old daughter, listening to music and is a die hard Chargers fan.
Jerry Marshall Environmental Services
Jerry has been part of our staff for the last 10 years and when it comes to ensuring that the facility is clean and in excellent working order, Jerry is a perfectionist. Jerry feels that it is an honor to be part of a team that illustrates character of the upmost integrity, kindness and compassion for all of the residents. The safety, comfort and well being for each resident, visitor and employee is his highest priority. During his spare time, Jerry loves to spend time with his lovely wife Diane, Rooting for the Angel’s and weekends camping at the beach.
